Why we love it: We regularly see a lot of really inflamed skin.  When too many exfoliating or harsh products are part of a regular home-care routine the skin’s barrier becomes compromised.  This cleanser is so nourishing and calming while also being extremely effective.

How it works: Your skin produces oil in sebaceous glands as a part of its protective barrier.  During the day excess skin cells, dirt, environmental debris, and make-up mix with that oil.  Rinsing with water alone will not actually cleanse the skin at all.  Most commercial cleansers contain skin-stripping ingredients called surfactants.  Surfactants break up the oil and debris but leave the skin overly dry and very often irritate the skin.  Cleansing oils mix with the skin’s oil and allows the dirt and debris to gently be removed while not disrupting the skin’s gentle barrier.

How to use it: Apply one to two pumps of cleanser on dry hands to dry face.  Gently massage into skin for one minute then wet the skin with room temp water to emulsify.  We like to remove it with a clean damp cloth.  Always double cleanse in the evening to remove sweat, dirt, makeup, and any negative energies from the day!  Use morning and night for the best results.
